I like to care for the environment as much as I can and use recycled and reusable material to package our items. Other items I purchase, and I try to assure these are recyclable as well.
There is a flat rate of $12 for the North Island and $15 for the South Island/Rural addresses. Please select South/Rural at checkout if this applies to you.
If you’d like to pick up from my Mangawhai studio, you’ll be able to select this at the checkout and I will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis. All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. If you feel this has not been the case with the product you have received, please email me, lael.read@gmail.com to discuss.
Damaged or Faulty Items

• If in the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, I will meet my obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please get in touch via email, lael.read@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be given the option for either a refund (excluding shipping) or a replacement item like the one you originally purchased.
